Shipping & Tracking procedures for Think Safety Online
Our current shipping rates are as follows:
Freight within NSW is free on all orders over $200.
$10 flat-rate shipping is applicable for all orders under $200.
If you are located outside NSW, please contact us to obtain a quote.
Please allow 5 working days for delivery; if there is to be a delay, we will contact you by email or phone.
Think Safety Online uses a Courier or Australia post services for shipping, we do not ship or post to a P.O.BOX.
A tracking number will be available to all customers upon request, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 02 65814000 with the details of your purchase and we will provide you with tracking details.
Returns procedure for products received from Think Safety Online
Incorrectly ordered products
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order; you can call us on 02 6581 4000 or email us on email@example.com to initiate the returns process and receive the Return Authority email.
Returns/exchanges will only be accepted with a $20 warehouse restocking fee and Return Authority email.
Print a copy of the Return Authority email received and include it with your goods return.
You must supply a return postage paid satchel large enough for your replacement garments to be sent out to you when returning the goods.
Your item must be returned in new condition, with all tags attached and in original individual packaging. Boots or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. If the garment contains deodorant, cologne or cigarette odours, rips, tears, stains or product tags are bent or damaged it will be returned to you and your refund voided.
A refund (where authorized) will be given less the freight costs.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
Faulty product received (We honour our manufacturer’s warranty on items)
At Think Safety Online we pride ourselves on supplying good quality garments at a reasonable price, however if for any reason you have a concern regarding our products please bring this to our attention. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect please contact us to initiate the returns process and you will receive a Return Authority email for the item to be assessed. We may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund or replacement and will be reimbursed for the shipping cost. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you at your cost. This may take longer than 7-10 days as a third party may be involved in the assessment process. We suggest including tracking with your item when posting, as we are unable to replace faulty products if they do not arrive or are lost. Please advise us of the tracking information by email.
Once the goods have been received, a review will be undertaken and if necessary consultation with the supplier and/or manufacturer will take place.
When a decision has been reached you will be notified immediately. Please allow up to 5 working days after the delivery of the item into our store.
If a refund is issued it will be processed through the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
